Customer satisfaction is important to us. Products may be returned within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging and accessories must be included
• The device must not be activated or damaged
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Products with manufacturing defects are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
